Shipping Policy

BeautyLeading provides standard shipping on all orders. US deliveries arrive in 5 to 14 business days, Canadian deliveries within 7 to 20 business days. (deliveries to other countries can take between 10-30 business days)
Delays are possible when reaching more remote areas and in the event of extreme weather or natural disasters.

Accepted Payment Information

BeautyLeading accepts Visa and MasterCard. Add, edit, or delete your information during checkout. Your credit/debit card will be charged when your order is accepted and processed.

Review Orders

Carefully review all orders to make sure that all order information is correct, including shipping and billing addresses. Edits should be made before confirming a purchase. The total price includes taxes, shipping and handling charges. If you decide not to place your order, you can cancel your order at this time. Once orders are confirmed and shipped, you cannot undo this act and must refer to our returns and refund policy for further action.


Returns Policy

Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.

Products must be returned unopened and unused, with the seals of any packaging still intact.

Please take care with your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

Returns Process

Free Returns Pick Up

We are pleased to offer a free returns collection service to all customers for any purchases that meet our Returns Policy.

Your returned item must be arranged for return no later than 14 days after your delivery date. We recommend that you book your return pick-up within 7 days of your delivery date to ensure that it arrives to us within 14 days.

What happens next?

Prepare your package with all the original packaging.


Once your return has been received and accepted, your refund will be completed via the original payment method.

Faulty items

It is our aim that every item arrives in great condition and we hope you’re always thrilled with your purchase. If you receive an item in a flawed or damaged condition, or if it doesn’t quite match the description on site, please advise Customer Service as soon as possible. Where possible we will arrange for a new replacement to be sent to you or a return for a full refund of the defective item.
